Location: Hybrid (Remote Columbus OH preferred)
Travel: Limited national travel Industry conferences
Experience Required: 5 years of SaaS with Integrated hardware sales experience
Our client delivers AI-powered parking enforcement and compliance technology designed specifically for municipalities airports universities and public agencies. Our integrated hardware and cloud-based software platform helps cities increase compliance improve operational efficiency and modernize parking enforcement programs.
As we expand into new geographic markets we are seeking a driven entrepreneurial Sales Executive to build pipeline develop territories and close new business.
The Opportunity
This is not an inbound-only sales role.
We are looking for a motivated hunter who can identify opportunities within defined geographic regions penetrate target markets and own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close.
You will be responsible for deeply exploring assigned territories exhausting market opportunities and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory strategies within targeted regions
Prospect through outbound outreach (phone email networking events)
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers
- Assist in drafting proposals pricing models and compliance documentation
- Generate qualify and manage your own pipeline
- Attend and represent WiseSight at trade shows and industry conferences
- Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored technology solutions
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract close
Internal Collaboration
- Provide ongoing feedback regarding the market competitive landscape.
- Manage activity forecasting and reporting within HubSpot CRM
- Work closely with the Director of Sales Marketing Implementation and Product teams
- Transition closed accounts effectively to implementation teams
What Were Looking For
- 5 years of experience as an employee for a company in SaaS-based salles for a technology solution preferably integrated with hardware
- Experience selling to municipalities public agencies or regulated industries preferred
- Proven success generating net-new business
- Experience owning and managing a full sales cycle independently
- Strong consultative selling and closing skills
- Ability to quickly learn and confidently present technical platforms
- Highly organized with disciplined CRM management (HubSpot preferred)
- Self-motivated competitive and results-driven
- Strong preference for candidates located in the Columbus Ohio area

- Hybrid role (remote with local presence as needed)
- Columbus-area candidates strongly preferred
- Limited national travel for trade shows and client meetings
