Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Bilingual English/Spanish Strongly Preferred)
Location: Remote Must Hold Active Maryland License

Schedule:
2236 hours of availability per week (Part-time up to 22 sessions / Full-time up to 36 sessions)

Preferred Hours:
Weekdays 2 PM9 PM Weekend availability a plus

Compensation:
$45$65 per billable hour (based on license-level)

What Youll Do

• Provide individual family and group therapy via secure telehealth
• Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments
• Develop culturally responsive client-centered treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EHR
• Support families with education tools and ongoing care coordination

Compensation & Benefits

Qualifications

• Active Maryland license: LGPC LCPC LMSW or LCSW-C
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Experience serving children teens and families
• Commitment to culturally responsive trauma-informed care
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
