Responsibilities Include:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles
- Develop staffing strategies to support growth and compliance
- Manage recruitment pipelines and sourcing strategies
- Create job descriptions aligned with healthcare regulations
- Implement screening processes interviews and hiring workflows
- Oversee background checks and reference verification
- Monitor recruitment metrics and performance
- Oversee HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Maintain employee handbook and HR documentation
- Manage employee relations and performance management
- Oversee onboarding training and credential tracking
- Develop workforce training and retention initiatives
- Oversee payroll timekeeping and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws and healthcare regulations
- Conduct HR audits and develop policies and SOPs
Ideal Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Healthcare Administration Business or related field
- 5 years of HR leadership experience
- 3 years of healthcare recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge of New York State labor laws
- Experience with payroll and benefits administration
- Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment
