• Experience in membership sales model.
• Minimum 3 years of sales management experience
• Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English

• Managed 25 employees in several roles
• Experience analyzing and creating strategy based on managing P&L statements
• 5 years SALES management and proven personal sales commision experience helpful.
