KBR is seeking a Senior Test and Resource Manager (TRM) to support operations in Patuxent River MD. The TRM is responsible for program level test planning execution and resource coordination. This role works with test teams testing schedules and resource allocations to ensure systems meet performance quality and compliance requirements. The position works closely with the Assistant Program Manager for Test & Evaluation (APM T&E) engineering cybersecurity and customer stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and supports T&E reviews and meetings. Manages Government Furnished Property (GFP) as required.
- Monitor test readiness execution status risks and defects.
- Utilize Integrated Test and Evaluation Management Systems (iTEMS) includingiTrackandiTest to support test planning and execution tracking.
- Produce and maintaintest execution metricsand status reports to support program leadership and decision-making.
- UseMicrosoft Projectto track schedules milestones and task progress related to test activities.
- Coordinate and administer theTest Data Management Working Group including scheduling and facilitating quarterly meetings.
- FacilitateContract Deliverables Requirements List (CDRL)reviews for test teams ensuring accuracy and timely submission of required documentation to the Program Office.
- Coordinate recurring and ad hoc meetings including preparation of slide decks briefing materials and memos; ensure conference room readiness and VTC functionality.
- Manage thereceipt organization and archival of all test reports including both government- and contractor-generated documentation.
- Develop and maintainTest Rainbow Chartsto visually track and communicate test progress and execution status.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience & Education: Must have 10 years of experience if applicant has a HS diploma. Must have 6 years of experience if applicant has a BS/BA. Must have 4 years of experience if applicant has an MS.
- Strong understanding of test methodologies and lifecycle management.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft applications
- Active DoD SECRET security clearance upgradable to TS.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Local to Patuxent River MD.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Navy acquisition and test experiencedesired
- NAVAIR TRM experience desired.
- Proven experience with requirements tracing and defect management processes.
- General knowledge of aircraft hardware and software.
- Proven experience managing test resources.
- Should be familiar with the following instructions: DOD 5000.02 SECNAVINST 5000.2 NAVAIRINST 3905.1 (Test Reporting Policy For Air Vehicles) NAVAIRINST 3960.2 (Acquisition Test and Evaluation) NAVAIRINST 3960.4 (Project Test Plan Policy for Testing Air Vehicles) NAVAIR INST 435519 (System Engineering Technical Review Process).
Travel: including airline travel may be required.
Compensation: $83000-$130000. The salary range posted is based on the national average. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates location knowledge skills abilities and/or experience contract affordability and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses commissions or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign-on bonus relocation benefits short-term incentives long-term incentives or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
