Pay:$20-$24/hr DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
• Cleaning adjusting and repairing systems and performing warranty services
• Clean condensate lines condenser and evaporator coils
• Clear drain pans and drainage lines
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Complying with service standards work instructions and customersrequirements
• Assisting with customers inquiries

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in HVAC duct cleaning or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to work in confined spaces.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid drivers license.
• Must be able to lift twist bend and carry 60-70lb.
• Great time management.
• Work well in a team setting.
