Physical Therapist

University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Detroit MI. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional rehabilitative care to patients in their homes helping them improve mobility manage pain and achieve their personal health goals. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients quality of life while working in a supportive and professional environment. This position you get paid PER VISIT.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions and exercises to improve mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies for recovery and prevention.

Requirements

• Current license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Proven experience in home health care or clinical physical therapy preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home care setting.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
