What you will do
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips purchase orders and bills of lading
- Inspect received materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly
- Accurately enter receiving and shipping transactions into the ERP
- Prepare outgoing shipments including packaging labeling and documentation.
- Coordinator with carriers for pickups deliveries and freight scheduling
- Maintain organized staging storage and warehouse areas.
- Communicate shortages overages or delays to purchasing production and project teams.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies when handling materials and equipment
- Operate forklifts pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment as required
- Support continuous improvement efforts in shipping receiving and warehouse processes
- Other duties as assigned.
What you will need to succeed
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of experience in shipping receiving warehouse or logistics roles preferred.
- Basic computer skills; experience Microsoft suite
- Ability to read and interpret packing slips purchase orders and shipping documents.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- English Speaking
Schedule:
- Full-time 1st Shift
- Hours: 6:00AM-2:30PM
- Occasional overtime based on production and shipping demands

- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds; some lifting may be required from knee to shoulder height or other levels.
- Ability to carry and transport up to 60 pounds for short distances (up to 20 feet).
- Role requires periods of standing and moving including stretching reaching walking stooping pushing and pulling.
- Work may take place in varied environments that can be cold hot noisy or wet and may include exposure to odors or fumes.

The base pay range for this position is $19.00 to $23.00 per hour. Please note that the compensation range reflects the base pay only and does not include benefits or bonuses this role may be eligible to receive. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by bona fide factors such as geographic work location job-related skills experience and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
