What you will gain from working at HSPPR:

Provide wellness services and client education to the owned animals in our community.

Work out of our newly renovated Wellness Clinic in Colorado Springs or use your skills to help fulfill the need in our renovated Pueblo Wellness Clinic.

See your impact immediately when doing low-cost vaccine clinics on our mobile unit the Wellness Waggin.

Compensation and Schedule:

Four-day work week; 8.5-hour shifts (approximately 35 hours per week). Off by 5:30pm daily.

Salary: $91000 - $109200 dependent on experience

Education/Experience Necessary

Graduated from an accredited veterinary medical college DVM or equivalent.

Licensed to practice in the State of Colorado.

Experience in a high-volume vaccine or low-cost clinic a plus.

Demonstrated aptitude in clinical medicine and surgery.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Spanish a plus.

As a condition of employment with HSPPR you will be required to authorize HSPPR and ProScreening to conduct a background check before confirming an employment start date. The background check will include a criminal investigation verification of citizenship/immigration status and a motor vehicle record.
