Job Description
The Digital Project Manager is responsible for planning executing and delivering digital initiatives across web platform and customer-facing experiences. This role partners closely with product managers designers developers and business stakeholders to ensure digital projects are delivered on time within scope and aligned to business goals.
The ideal candidate is highly organized comfortable working in Agile environments and skilled at translating strategy into execution across crossfunctional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects from intake and planning through launch and postlaunch optimization
Develop and manage project plans timelines dependencies budgets and resource allocation
Track progress against milestones and proactively manage risks issues and scope changes
CrossFunctional Collaboration
Partner with Digital Product Management UX/UI IT Business and Operations teams to align on goals and delivery approach
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning standups reviews and retrospectives (as applicable)
Serve as the primary point of coordination across internal teams and external vendors
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Translate business requirements into clear project plans and execution roadmaps
Provide regular status updates dashboards and executivelevel communications
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure transparency on progress risks and tradeoffs
Governance & Process
Ensure adherence to digital delivery standards Agile/Hybrid methodologies and governance frameworks
Support intake prioritization and dependency management across concurrent initiatives
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools
Quality & Outcomes
Partner with teams to ensure solutions meet functional technical and userexperience requirements
Coordinate UAT launch readiness and golive activities
Measure delivery outcomes and capture lessons learned for future initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Technology Digital Media or related field (or equivalent experience)
8 years of experience managing digital projects (web platform eCommerce or customer experience)
Proven experience working with Agile Scrum or Hybrid delivery models
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholdermanagement skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working alongside Product Managers in a productcentric operating model
Familiarity with digital platforms CMS eCommerce analytics or marketing technologies
PMP PMIACP CSM SAFe or similar certification
Experience working in a global or matrixed organization

Additional Details

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $139440.00 - $261450.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role level and location. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
