Were looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician II who takes pride in their work enjoys solving problems and isnt afraid to tackle the tough stuff. If youre the kind of person who notices whats not working before anyone else does and takes ownership to fix it youll fit right in.
What Youll Do
- Keep our facility operating smoothly through preventative and reactive maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC electrical plumbing and mechanical systems
- Handle general maintenance tasks (repairs painting lawn care snow removal etc.)
- Coordinate with and oversee outside contractors
- Perform inspections and recommend facility improvements
- Track and manage work orders in our ERP system
- Respond to occasional off-hours facility needs
What You Bring
- Experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC electrical plumbing carpentry)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to safety and doing things the right way
- Valid drivers license
