$100 after your first 30 hours within 30 days with completed shifts good standing and attendance.

Additional $100 after 90 days and 90 completed hours with good standing and attendance.

What Youll Do

Assist clients with bathing grooming dressing toileting and transfers.
Help with rangeofmotion exercises walking and physiciandirected therapy routines.
Check vital signs track fluid/food intake and report changes promptly.
Remind clients to take meds as ordered and document compliance.
Prepare nutritious meals perform light housekeeping run errands and offer friendly companionship.
Follow all infectioncontrol and fallprevention protocols keep accurate EMR notes via our easytouse app.

Requirements:

Can speak English and Hindu and/or Spanish
Drivers License and Social Security Card
Active CNA license for CNAs (statespecific) PCA Test Results for PCAs (or willingness to obtain)
Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Recent negative TB test result (or willingness to obtain)
Reliable transportation and ability to lift/transfer clients
Basic computer/app skills for charting and communication
Empathy professionalism and a commitment to protecting client dignity and privacy
