Suntrup Auto is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Ford Service Advisor to join our team in St Louis this role you will be the primary point of contact between customers and our service department ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You will work closely with technicians to schedule and manage vehicle maintenance and repairs while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally addressing their service needs and concerns.
• Schedule service appointments and manage repair orders efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with both customers and service technicians regarding vehicle diagnostics repair costs and timelines.
• Provide accurate estimates and explain service recommendations to customers.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service transactions.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
• Collaborate with the service team to meet and exceed departmental goals.
• Stay up to date with manufacturer required training.

Requirements

• Xtime and CDK experience preferred.
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with Ford vehicles and service processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in using service management software and basic computer applications.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
