Mini-Circuits designs manufactures and distributes integrated circuits modules and sub-systems for high-performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications. With design sales and manufacturing locations in over 30 countries Mini-Circuits products are used in a range of wired and wireless communications applications. Our products are also used in detection measurement and imaging applications including military communication guidance and electronic countermeasure systems commercial scientific military land sea and aircraft; automotive systems medical systems and industrial test equipment.

Mini-Circuits sells its products to over 20000 customers globally through our direct sales force applications engineering staff sales representatives as well as through our extensive website.

Position Summary:

The Senior Demand Planner will focus on forecasting demand and aggregating insights based on trends and patterns using historical data and cross functional inputs from Sales and Marketing to maximize fulfillment rates that drive shipments.

The Senior Demand Planner will assist the Manager of Demand Planning in building and structuring weekly monthly quarterly and annual reporting to monitor performance and identify risks and opportunities.

In partnership with the Manager of Demand Planning the Senior Demand Planner will communicate risks and opportunities during themonthlyS&OPcycleto ensure stakeholders remain aligned.

This role will take the leadinsupportingthe Product Life Cycle process to ensure model rationalization in keeping the assortment relevant and profitable.

Salary Range:$99000 - $115000 per year

Job Function:

• Address demand related constraints in a timely manner.
• High level of competency to monitor/report significant changes in the forecasts and inventory estimations to manager and in an S&OP environment.
• Adhere to monthly forecasting cycle
• Review and analyze current demand and forecast data
• Collaboratewiththe NPI team andestablishappropriate forecasts
• Initiates continuous and effective communication across all necessary departments to understand demands trends and challenges.
• Works with the Demand Planning Manager to develop risk mitigation and contingency planning strategies.
• Identify areas of process improvement.
• Work towards improvingmodel configuration to fine tune the forecast
• Perform other duties as necessary and as assigned
• Comfortable presenting toexecutiveleadership and communicating insights clearlytostakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Logistics Materials Management Supply Chain Management or related field
• 10years experienceinDemand Forecasting
• Exceptional planning time management and organizational skills are a must
• Proficient in mathematics
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel with proficiency in MS Office and related Suite programs
• Functional experience with one or more data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau Microsoft Power BI Qlik Sisense etc.) strongly preferred
• Experience in an MRP environment strongly preferred
• SAPexperiencepreferred
• APICS certification strongly preferred
• Previous experience in a formal or informal leadership capacity
