Job Summary
Pay Rate: $17$19/hr (DOE)
Shifts Available: 1st 2nd and 3rd
Location:North Las Vegas NV
We are seeking experienced Machine Operators with a background in mail printing and inserter operations to join a high-volume printing and mailing facility in N. Las Vegas. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience operating digital print equipment such as Ricoh systems along with strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor mail printing and inserting machines (Ricoh or similar digital print systems)
- Set up load and unload machines with paper inserts and materials (lifting 3040 lbs consistently)
- Ensure printed materials and inserts are properly aligned accurate and meet quality standards
- Perform routine quality checks throughout production runs
- Troubleshoot mechanical or print issues and make basic adjustments as needed
- Maintain productivity quality and KPI goals in a fast-paced environment
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Complete production logs and basic computer data entry
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating digital mail or printing machines (Ricoh experience strongly preferred)
- Knowledge of basic hand tools and mechanical components
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and quality control
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
