Summary

Join an established Primary Care team at CentraCare Southway in St. Cloud and enjoy a balanced outpatient practice designed to support both professional satisfaction and personal time. This role offers a four-day work week minimal phone call and the flexibility to perform procedures based on individual comfort and clinical interests within a collaborative team-based environment.

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time Onsite Southway Clinic St. Cloud MN

• Day shifts 4 day work week

  • Outpatient-only practice with no evening or weekend clinic shifts

• Call by phone approximately 1:30

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $260000 - $500000 per year

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education experience skills knowledge location and internal equity

  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses quality incentives or production-based compensation.

Qualifications

Required:

• BE/BC in Family Medicine

• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
