Maintenance HVAC Technician

Nielsen Mechanical is growing and looking to add a Maintenance HVAC Technician to support our service team across the Denver metro. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their HVAC career who wants steady work hands-on training and a clear path into commercial service.

What Youll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems

• Support troubleshooting diagnostics and basic repairs

• Work alongside experienced technicians to build technical skills

• Document service work and communicate findings clearly

• Service accounts across the Denver metro area

What Were Looking For

• 12 years of HVAC experience (commercial preferred open to strong residential techs)

• Exposure to RTUs split systems and basic HVAC troubleshooting

• Strong work ethic reliability and coachable mindset

• Valid drivers license with clean MVR

• Ability to pass background check and drug screen

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $22$28/hour DOE

Schedule

• MondayFriday
• Overtime and on-call rotation as needed
