The Opportunity

Were looking for a high-performing Warehouse Associate with natural leadership ability to support our 2nd Shift operations in Bellmawr NJ.

This is not a manager role but it is a step above a standard associateideal for someone who takes initiative leads by example and can help guide the team alongside the 2nd Shift Warehouse Manager.

What Youll Be Doing

• Pick pull and stage orders accurately and efficiently
• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage or discrepancies
• Verify orders and ensure accuracy of pick lists and shipments
• Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse environment
• Follow and reinforce company safety standards and procedures
• Support the 2nd Shift Manager in coordinating workflow and priorities
• Help guide team members answer questions and keep operations moving
• Identify and communicate opportunities to improve efficiency and processes

What Were Looking For

• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Forklift experience preferred (in-house certification provided)
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Strong team player with a lead-by-example mindset
• Prior experience in a warehouse logistics or informal leadership/lead role preferred
• Dependable detail-oriented and able to balance productivity with accuracy
• Comfortable supporting team direction and communicating with leadership
