Experienced Commercial HVAC Technician – West Palm Beach Area

Kalos Services is seeking an Experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to support our operations in the West Palm Beach region. Youll be responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems including RTUs split systems VAVs chillers and controls in retail industrial and commercial buildings. Youll work both independently and as part of a team responding to service calls performing preventive maintenance and supporting start-up and commissioning on new systems.

Location: This is a field-based position covering West Palm Beach Region

Compensation: $20 - $30 per hour

Schedule: MondaythruFriday8AM- (40/60hours/week).

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot service and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure peak system performance
• Accurately diagnose electrical and mechanical issues
• Communicate with dispatch team members and clients with professionalism
• Maintain job documentation including service records and part usage
• Adhere to all safety and code regulations
• Mentor apprentices when applicable

• 3 years of commercial HVAC experience (refrigeration or controls experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of electrical systems diagnostics and HVAC/R fundamentals
• EPA Universal Certification (Required)
• Valid Florida drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs climb ladders and work in diverse environments
• Willingness to travel regionally and work flexible hours (as needed)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
