At My Guardian an opportunity for an enthusiastic motivated and highly organised professional has become available. This is an exciting chance to join a growing team where you can make a meaningful impact lead with purpose and contribute to delivering exceptional outcomes for both clients and staff. This position reports to the Head of Operations.
The role will be full-time on-site at our Sydney Olympic Park Head Office.
The Team Leaders duties include but are not limited to:
Supervise mentor and train Service Coordinators to support development
Manage rostering and scheduling to ensure all shifts are properly covered
Participate in an on-call roster to handle emergency shift changes
Build strong client relationships and promote a customer-focused culture
Collaborate with clients families and case managers to achieve care goals
Monitor funding usage to prevent under or over-expenditure
Ensure staff are qualified and trained for their assigned services
Handle complaints oversee team tasks and support continuous improvement
We are looking for a Team Leader who can demonstrate;
Strong organisation and time management skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Demonstrated team leadership experience in a call - centre environment
Excellent computer skills
Strong attention to detail
Previous experience with Alayacare is a plus
