About the Role:
The role offers flexibility with the roster and is open to negotiation for the right candidate. Otherwise the successful applicant will work a variety of shifts throughout the week including open close and middle shifts.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated educator who is committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education and care.

Ideally you will have:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Experience as an Educational Leader or the capability to step into the role
• A strong understanding of the EYLF NQS and current industry practices
• The ability to build strong relationships with children families and colleagues
• Strong experience and knowledge in supporting additional needs and managing challenging behaviours
• The ability to embed safe practices demonstrate strong leadership and mentoring skills and show a track record of improvement.

• Mentor and support fellow educators
• Provide educational guidance and curriculum leadership
• Drive continuous improvement and reflective practice

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
• NESA Accreditation (or working towards)
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• First Aid CPR Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
• Strong communication and leadership skills
