OTC Pharmacy Sales Assistant Dun Laoghaire

QR Select is seeking a dedicated and experienced OTC Pharmacy Sales Assistant to join a thriving pharmacy in Dun Laoghaire. This is a full-time permanent position offering 40 hours per week. The working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with Saturdays on a rotational basis.

As an OTC Pharmacy Sales Assistant your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service to patients ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
• Actively working to increase sales by promoting products and services.
• Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of counter medicines vitamins and skincare products to assist customers effectively.
• Maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring the availability of key products.
• Collaborating as a key member of the dispensary team to deliver high-quality services to patients.

To be successful in this role you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Previous experience working as an OTC Assistant preferably in a community pharmacy setting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
