  • Direct day-to-day client contact
  • Effectively lead and manage complex email and direct mail marketing programs

Detailed Job Description:

Account Supervisor CRM (Direct Mail/Email)

Mandate: Lead all day-to-day aspects of the clients business.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning developing and managing the clients CRM strategies including end-to-end direct mail and email campaigns
  • Analyzing and optimizing CRM campaigns
  • Identify opportunities and present ideas to grow the clients business
  • Set and manage the clients expectations effectively
  • Be the go-to person for the Account Director
  • Lead internal and client meetings
  • Work with internal and external suppliers
  • Project management including creative revisions coordination of meetings approvals and workback schedules
  • Manage the financial process of accounts
  • Have a strategic mindset must be able to write creative briefs

Staff Supervision:

  • Ensure staff skill development through training and exposure to the clients business
  • Maintain appropriate level of staff motivation
  • Assist in career path management of co-ordinators and account executives
  • Participate in development of quarterly staff review

Professional Skills:

  • Advanced Integrated Marketing: understanding the role of various media
  • General communications and advertising principals
  • Solid understanding of CRM and 1:1 communication
  • Development of integrated campaigns
  • Solid understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Adobe Experience Cloud)
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely
  • Strong presentation skills

Requirements:

  • Post-Secondary Education in a related field or equivalent
  • 5 years of direct response marketing (CRM) experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • Outstanding proofreading abilities
  • Excellent MS Excel capabilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Comfort with AI productivity tools (e.g. ChatGPT Claude Gemini) as workplace enablers
  • Experience with managing campaigns in Salesforce working with lettershops and printers and managing large data files considered an asset.

We currently work in the office on Tuesdays through Thursdays focusing on team collaboration and we work remotely on Mondays and Fridays unless client and project needs require otherwise.
