You will play a critical role in shaping our brands visual identity and producing high-impact content that supports marketing sales and digital initiatives. The right candidate is both conceptual and hands-on equally comfortable behind the camera in an editing suite and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
As part of our internal team you will own and shape how our brands show up across digital video and motion experiencestranslating strategy into visual storytelling that supports marketing sales and internal communications.
Are you passionate about this work
Serve as a primary in-house creative resource owning visual and video execution across the organization
Design and produce on-brand marketing assets including digital campaigns presentations sales enablement materials social content and internal communications
Plan shoot and edit high-quality video content (brand stories product videos testimonials executive messages social-first video)
Create motion graphics and animated video elements to elevate storytelling and engagement
Partner closely with marketing content sales and leadership teams to ensure creative aligns with business objectives
Maintain and evolve brand standards ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints (digital assets for website sales collateral social media channels and digital advertisements)
Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing speed quality and priorities
Act as a creative advisor offering recommendations on visual direction video formats and emerging best practices

510 years of professional experience in graphic design videography and video editing/animation ideally in an in-house or brand-led environment
A strong portfolio showcasing brand systems graphic design video storytelling and motion design
Advanced proficiency in:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
Video and motion tools (Premiere Pro After Effects Final Cut or equivalent)
Solid experience with end-to-end video production including lighting audio camera operation and post-production
Strong understanding of brand consistency visual hierarchy and communication design
Ability to translate business and marketing goals into clear compelling visuals
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
