Brand Manager, Early Learning [Full-Time Contract]

What will you work on
As the Brand Manager for Early Learning you will play a critical role in building and scaling new and existing brands within the portfolio. This entrepreneurial role involves acting as the business owner for your brand(s) driving growth by identifying new opportunities and bringing innovative ideas to life from concept through to commercialization.

How will you create impact

• Own and drive the brand strategy across Early Learning brands identifying opportunities to build and expand into new white spaces.
• Develop and execute product and marketing plans to deliver against revenue margin and market share targets.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept ideation and development through to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Manage the brand P&L including forecasting pricing and profitability analysis to ensure strong financial performance.
• Analyze POS data market trends and the competitive landscape to generate insights and inform decision-making.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product Development Design Sales and Marketing to bring compelling products and campaigns to market.

What are your skills and experience

• Experience in Brand Management Product Marketing or Product Development (CPG toys or adjacent categories).
• Experience building or launching new products brands or categories.
• Exposure to Early Learning kids products education or developmental play is a strong asset.

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Ontario is $43.50 to $50.48 Per Hour. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job years of experience within the required industry education etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
