We are seeking an experienced Patient Service Representative to join our team. This role supports both our Columbus and Dublin offices and requires 23 years of healthcare front office experience. The ideal candidate is patientfocused organized and confident in a fastpaced environment.
How will you make an impact & Requirements
What Youll Do
Patient checkin/out appointment scheduling and daily frontdesk operations
Answer and route incoming calls; assist with patient questions and concerns
Support walkin patients with professionalism and clarity
Verify insurance coverage and collect copayments
Identify patient needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
Follow urgentcall protocols and escalate when needed
Meet performance goals in a highperforming teambased environment
Provide excellent service to patients and internal team members
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
23 years of healthcare front office experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced setting
Willingness to work between both office locations
Experience with scheduling systems and insurance verification preferred
