We are looking for someone that is fully knowledgeable of all building systems safety standards and state and federal compliance regulations including all emergency systems and has a great history making sound decisions regarding the maintenance and integrity of these systems.

We are looking for a leader that is a strategic planner has an excellent ability to manage supervise and educate their staff and will stay on top of and ahead of repairs maintenance capital item replacements expenses and projects. Job Requirements:

• Possesses the in depth technical understanding involved with repairs and preventative maintenance of heating systems plumbing environmental systems and general construction
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize demands lead a team and make decisions
• Possess a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Computer literate with Word Excel and online systems
• Fiscally responsible

Rose Tree Place is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Director to lead and oversee all maintenance operations at our facility located in Media PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe efficient and timely maintenance of our equipment building systems and grounds to support the optimal functioning of our community.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the maintenance team providing guidance and training to ensure high performance and safety standards.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all mechanical electrical and structural systems.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests promptly to minimize downtime and disruption.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance activities inspections and compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage maintenance budget and vendor relationships to achieve cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable local state and federal regulations governing facility safety and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to support facility needs and upgrades.

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance management preferably within a residential or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC plumbing electrical and structural components.
• Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software is a plus.
• Valid drivers license and the ability to work flexible hours as needed.
