Lead Teacher (Preschool PreK Wobbler or Float)
We are hiring 4 Lead Teachersand we are intentional about who we bring onto our team.

The Opportunity
We are currently hiring full-time Lead Teachers for:
- Preschool (up to 20 students 2 staff)
- PreK (up to 20 students 2 staff)
- Wobbler (young toddler classroom up to 14 students 2 staff)
- Float Teacher (supporting classrooms with leadership and consistency)
You will be trusted to run your classroom with structure intention and professionalismwhile being supported by systems that set you up for success.

What This Role Actually Looks Like
- Lead your classroom with structure consistency and intention
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum
- Build strong relationships with children families and your team
- Maintain high standards for safety supervision and organization
- Track and assess development and communicate with families

Qualifications
- Meet Minnesota Lead Teacher requirements
- Classroom experience preferred
- Strong understanding (or willingness to learn) child development curriculum
- Ability to lead communicate clearly and manage a structured classroom
