We are a district that serves over6700students and employs750employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis Minnesota. Our districtconsistsof one primary school for kindergarten students three elementary schools for grades 1-4 two middle schools for grades 5-8 one high school for grades 9-12 and one alternative learning program for grades 9-12.

Position Overview & Responsibilities
Responsible for preparing lessons instructing students with a wide range of abilities assessing student learning collecting and analyzing student data to plan instruction creating an engaging and respectful classroom environment communicating with students parent and multiple stakeholders maintaining accurate records supervising students participating in school improvement initiatives and learning professionally. Start date:August 24 2026 (plus new-to-district teacher orientation during the week prior to August 24 2026)
FTE: 1.0

Contract: 186 days (plus 2 or 3 days of new-to-district orientation depending on the Department of Teaching & Learnings requirements for this position)

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in education and required teaching certificate in related area(s) of instruction as required by the State of Minnesota specific content knowledge training or job experience required before appointment and successful student teaching. Knights Academy is a small hands-on family-like educational setting that values personal connections. RequiresBusiness Education (5-12) licensure.

Salary
Starting salary range $48292-$90967.
