Job Summary

A community-based outpatient clinic network in South Carolina is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to provide primary care services in a team-based mission-driven environment. This opportunity focuses on serving rural and underserved populations while offering strong clinical support and an integrated care model.
