Position: Sales Manager

Were seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. This role oversees daily operations drives performance and develops future leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire train and coach sales reps (run training classes & workshops)
• Lead weekly meetings track performance and drive quota achievement
• Ride alongs and in field coaching
• Provide regular coaching feedback and performance reviews
• Build a positive high-performing team culture aligned with company goals
  
  

Requirements

• One-call close experience (Exterior/Interior Remodeling) required
• 3 years in sales 1 year in sales management
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
• Strong leadership coaching and communication skills

• W2 OTE $250000 - $400000
• Draw commission & bonuses paid weekly
• Benefits: Medical dental vision (after 30 days)
• Full-time weekends required
• Field-based role
