The Manager Digital Experience Engineering & Delivery leadshow digital experience work is deliveredacross Hachs global digital platforms. This role manages the Digital Experience team including frontend engineers and UI/UX professionalsand is accountable for building ahighperformingteam that delivers reliablehighqualitydigital experiences.
This role partners closely with regional and global marketing stakeholders the Marketing Technology team and engineering counterparts toinform digital roadmap prioritiesusing user experience best practices stakeholder insights and performance data from Hachs digital properties.
The Manager works in close partnership with the Digital Experience Product Manager who owns sprint execution backlog readiness anddaytodaywork assignment. The Manager focuses onhow the teamoperatesand howwork flows ensuring strong agile rigor clear capacity planning and disciplined delivery practices.
As a people leader and playercoach the Manager supports team developmentestablishesdelivery standards and partners with engineering teamsto apply agile methodologies consistently. This role ensures work is wellsequenced technically sound and executed with qualityenabling scalablesustainable digital experiences that support Hachs business goals.
Key responsibilities
People & Technical Leadership
Lead mentor and develop frontend engineers and UI/UX designers (employees contractors)
Coach early-to-mid level engineers with hands-on guidance feedback and career development
Serve as a technical escalation point and player-coach on critical frontend initiatives
Establish and standardize frontend engineering patterns standards and best practices to improve quality and maintainability
Delivery & Agile Leadership
Own agile delivery practices for Digital Experience: sprint planning capacity management delivery cadence and continuous improvement
Act as the delivery authority for sprint/releasecommitmentsensuring realistic timelines and high-quality outcomes
Partner with the Product Manager to translate priorities into executable plans
Coach on agile best practices: backlog readiness story sizing and incremental delivery planning
Cross-functional collaboration measurement & continuous improvement
Build and implement KPIs standard work documentation and process improvements that increase transparency and predictability
Incorporate customer and associate feedback to continuously improve experience quality
Identifyrisks dependencies and tradeoffs earlyand partner with stakeholders on mitigation
Scoping estimation & feasibility
Provide engineering scoping and LOE validation to inform prioritization decisions
Ensure commitments align with capacity technical constraints and platform health
What you bring (minimum qualifications)
Bachelors degree in computer scienceengineering UX or a related field
8years of experience in digital experience(UX/UI) frontend engineering or digital platform delivery
3 years ofpeopleleadership or project leadershipexperienceusingAgiledeliverymethodologies.
Strong hands-on frontend engineering background.Experience in headless CMSwithversion controland modern frontend frameworks(React and otherJavascriptlibraries).
Excellent communication coaching and cross-functional leadership skills
Working in a globalenvironmentflexibleschedule will berequired.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associates position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenue-based metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $125000 - $135000 USD per job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
