The projected compensation range for this position is $200K - $250K. Description
Software Engineer Level 2 is a mid-level role responsible for developing testing and maintaining software systems with increasing independence. Candidates typically have solid experience in programming debugging and software development best practices with the ability to contribute to complex technical solutions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Required Skills
- Proficiency working in Linux development environments
- Proficiency coding in Python C Java or JavaScript
- Experience with the following: Git GitLab IDEs (e.g. VSCode Eclipseetc)
- Agile framework experience (Scrum etc.)
Desired Skills
- Experience with Software-Defined Radio (SDR) programming
- Experience with geospatial processing
- Experience coding 2D and 3D image displays
- Experience with GitLab GitHub or similar version control tools
- Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar project management tools
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
- BS Degree 14 years experience
