What Youll Do

• Support engineering projects focused on manufacturing process improvements and optimization
• Assist in developing troubleshooting and refining manufacturing processes and equipment
• Create and update work instructions to transition processes from Engineering to Production
• Analyze production processes to identify improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with automation design development and implementation projects
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and production teams
• Support additional engineering-related tasks and projects as assigned

What Were Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Foundational knowledge of engineering principles and their application to manufacturing and product design
• Experience with SolidWorks or similar 3D modeling software
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings specifications and dimensional tolerances
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team-oriented environment

The hourly pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position candidates work experience education/training job-related skills internal peer equity as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state) if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
