We are hiring a motivated and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as an Appliance Repair Technician.

What Youll Do

Diagnose and repair appliances using hands on training and real service experience
Test components using basic diagnostic tools
Provide professional in home service

Our technicians run a steady schedule of service calls daily providing strong and consistent earning potential.

Training Process

Training begins in West Monroe and is primarily hands on in the field working alongside experienced technicians in real service calls.

Training length depends on how quickly you learn and apply the system.

Technicians who pick it up quickly move out of training faster.

After training technicians operate in a service territory near their home city.

Ideal Background

Pay Structure

Paid Training:
$17 to $19 per hour during initial training

Most technicians move out of training quickly based on performance and ability

Faster learners advance sooner and increase earnings faster

After Training:
Most technicians earn $25 to $35 per hour equivalent
Top performers earn $70000 to $100000 plus annually

Company vehicle provided after training
Steady year-round work

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

As an appliance repair technician youll work with anything from dishwashers to microwaves to other words youll need to be fairly knowledgeable about large appliances portable appliances mechanical work as well as electrical work.

Youll deal with more than just appliances though as a repair technician youll have to deal with people too.

Appliance repair technicians must also have skills in high mechanical aptitude have impeccable written and verbal communication skills work adeptly with repair tools be okay with lifting heavy machinery and of course be incredibly skilled in troubleshooting problems.
