Project Manager

Havel is seeking a Project Manager to lead the installation and commissioning of Temperature Controls systems across data center projects. Youll oversee all phases of BAS /BMS project executionfrom engineering and programming to installation and closeoutensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and on budget.

• Develop and execute control system implementation plans tailored to client needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers programmers and installers.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients contractors and internal teams.
• Manage project documentation RFIs change orders and field surveys.
• Support technical troubleshooting and commissioning efforts.
• Ensure compliance with budget and schedule targets.
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelors degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience managing electrical HVAC BAS BMS or control system installations preferred
• Strong understanding of HVAC and hydronic systems.
• Excellent communication organization and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio).
• Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.
• Regular and reliable attendance including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.

Compensation: $60000 - $100000 annual salary

Other Pay: eligible for annual bonus
