Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) Multiple Virginia Locations
This position is reserved exclusively for licensed Physical Therapists (PTs). If you are not a PT please do not apply.
Relient Health is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) for full-time in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across Virginia. These are full-time direct-hire permanent placement PT positions (not travel not contract not PRN).
Our openings include opportunities in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) acute care hospitals inpatient rehab facilities (IRFs) outpatient clinics and home health settings depending on the specific location.
Current PT openings available in:
Alexandria Bluefield Colonial Beach Fairfax Floyd Fredericksburg Newport News Roanoke and additional Virginia markets.
Who Are These Opportunities Ideal For
Licensed Virginia Physical Therapists
PTs relocating to Virginia
New graduates from accredited DPT programs pursuing Virginia licensure
PTs seeking experience in SNF hospital/acute care IRF outpatient home health or mixed-setting rehab roles
This role is specific to licensed Physical Therapists working within a rehabilitation department.
This is not a CNA nursing assistant medical assistant or therapy aide position.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary range: $45-60/hr
(Compensation varies by market setting and experience)

Some locations offer relocation assistance or sign-on bonuses
Clinical Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide skilled physical therapy services in a skilled nursing hospital/acute inpatient rehab (IRF) outpatient or home health environment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing/medical teams
Supervise and partner with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
Document care in EMR systems per state federal and facility standards
Promote functional independence safety and quality of life
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program
Active Virginia PT license or eligibility/pending licensure
Ability to work full-time in one of the listed Virginia markets
Authorized to work in the United States
