Lawn Care Technician

• Apply lawn treatments safely and accurately
• Perform aeration seeding and other seasonal services
• Run a daily route efficiently and professionally
• Operate equipment and follow service procedures exactly
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Identify lawn conditions and recommend services when appropriate

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong attendance and dependable work habits
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures exactly
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical outdoor work
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Applicator license
• At least 1 year of lawn care experience
• Experience running a route or working independently in the field

• $18$20 per hour depending on experience
• Full-time or part-time seasonal opportunity
• March through October

• Wants a specialized lawn care role not mowing or general landscaping
• Can work independently and stay productive without being closely managed
• Takes pride in doing things the right way not the easy way
• Notices details follows process and cares about quality
• Is comfortable talking with customers in a professional helpful way
• Enjoys outdoor physical work and likes a job where the day moves
