Machine Operator

Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC equipment including laser cutters press brakes and other shop machinery
- Read blueprints and follow specifications to cut drill and shape steel materials
- Support material handling including loading/unloading and maintaining inventory levels
- Ensure quality accuracy and adherence to safety standards across all operations
Qualifications:
- CNC machine operator experience required
- Experience working with laser cutters press brakes or similar equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and operate basic computer systems
- Ability to work in a physical fast-paced manufacturing environment

Position Details:
- Location: Springdale OH
- Setting: 100% onsite
- Schedule: MondayThursday 6:00 AM4:30 PM (OT on Fridays/Saturdays as needed)
- Pay: $18$22/hour
- Employment Type: Direct Hire
