Job Description

Maintenance Technician Unit Turns & Plumbing Experience Required

This role is centered on completing apartment make-readies (unit turns) and supporting general maintenance across our Jackson MS properties with a strong emphasis on plumbing knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Complete apartment make-readies from start to finish.

• Perform general repairs including minor carpentry painting fixture replacement drywall and hardware installation.

• Complete basic plumbing repairs (toilets faucets disposals supply lines).

• Perform minor electrical work (light fixtures outlets switches).

• Ensure units are fully functional clean and move-in ready.

• Respond to work orders and document work through digital systems.

• Maintain organized and safe maintenance areas.

Requirements

• 23 years of residential or multifamily maintenance experience.

• Strong make-ready / unit turn experience required.

• Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.

• Trade experience in plumbing or electrical preferred.

• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license - is a must.

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in varied conditions.

• Comfortable using smartphones and digital reporting tools.

• Employment contingent upon successful background screening.
