• Flexible Scheduling Full Time Part Time 12 to 4-hour shifts available

• Assist with personal care such as bathing dressing and grooming
• Assist with transfers using proper body mechanics gait belts and Hoyer lifts as needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Work closely and be familiar with Alzheimers care stroke care and hospice clients
• Prepare light meals and perform light housekeeping
• Assist with mobility errands and appointments as needed
• Follow care plans and communicate changes to the office staff promptly

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Caregiver or CNA working in a facility or agency environment
• Must be able to commute within 30 30-mile radius of your home
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Must have received or provided a TB skin test result or a Chest X Ray within 7 days of hire
• Excellent communication interpersonal skills and compassionate demeanor
• Ability to lift 50 or more pounds
• Valid drivers license auto liability insurance and reliable transportation
• Must be able to work a minimum of 1 shift per week
