The University of Minnesota/CentraCare St. Cloud Family Medicine Residency program is seeking a Core Faculty Physician who is enthusiastic about preparing the next generation of physicians for practice. Schedule

• FTE: 0.71.0 Onsite at CentraCare- Family Health Clinic
• Precepting Residents: Engage in teaching and guiding residents in the clinic or the hospital (approximately 40% of time).
• Clinical Practice: Provide clinical care in our residency clinic (approximately 40% of time).
• Administrative & Curriculum Development: Dedicated time for program administration and curriculum development (approximately 20% of time) including integration of our programs training in lifestyle medicine.

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $285000 - $310000 per year

  • First year begins at $289918 per year or $307918 per year when doing OB; Second year $322000 to $343000

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education experience skills knowledge location and internal equity
  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses quality incentives or production-based compensation.

Required:

• BE/BC inFamily Medicine

• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure

• Experience as a Family Medicine Physician

Department Information

This fully accredited community-based Family Medicine residency program has been training physicians since 1996 and offers a strong emphasis on full-spectrum family medicine including inpatient outpatient and maternity care. The program supports 18 residents in a 6-6-6 model and fosters a collaborative supportive learning environment led by a well-rounded faculty. Residents and faculty work within a state-of-the-art hospital and outpatient clinic and benefit from academic collaboration with the Willmar Rural Family Medicine Training Program and the University of Minnesota Medical School St. Cloud campus. Call responsibilities are shared across the team at approximately 1:8 and physicians with a DO background are strongly encouraged to apply.
