In this role youll support our Detroit Lakes headquarters our Longmont CO location and remote team members across the U.S. Youll be the connector-the bridge between leaders team members and our Lifes Better Department-making sure our culture compliance and people practices all move in the same direction. Youll partner side-by-side with leaders to solve problems support growth and ensure our culture shows up in the moments that matter.
You wont be doing this work on an island. Youre part of an army of problem solvers in the Lifes Better Department working alongside teammates who bring deep expertise across Employee Relations Benefits & Leave and Employee Experience (Culture). Together you support leaders and team members-combining day-to-day partnership with specialized expertise to navigate challenges build consistency and bring solutions to life in a way that fits the business.
A big part of this role is bringing great people into Lakeshirts. Youll lead hiring efforts and shape a candidate experience that reflects who we are from the very first interaction. Youll coach leaders support employee relations needs and help navigate both everyday questions and more complex situations with a people-first mindset. Youll stay close to whats happening across the business helping identify patterns strengthen teams and keep things moving in the right direction.
This role is also about keeping our culture strong and connected. Youll help bring our values to life across locations and remote teams support engagement efforts and contribute to how we grow our people through feedback development and continuous improvement. Along the way youll partner closely with your Lifes Better teammates to ensure consistent thoughtful support across the employee experience.
This is a fully onsite role Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flexibility needed to support multiple shifts and time zones.
Were looking for someone who leads with both head and heart builds trust quickly and isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves. You bring a bachelors degree and at least five years of HR experience ideally across multiple locations or in a manufacturing environment. Youre strong in recruiting employee relations and coaching leaders with a solid understanding of employment laws in practice. Youre organized adaptable and comfortable navigating real conversations and competing priorities. You operate with discretion collaborate easily across teams and bring curiosity for tools like AI and systems such as Workday.
