Project Manager Electrical (Datacenter)

Seeking an Electrical Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of commercial electrical construction experience to lead project execution at a data center jobsite in Atlanta GA. This critical leadership role is responsible for directing project teams to ensure projects are completed on time within budget and in alignment with the highest standards of quality safety and customer satisfaction. The Electrical Project Manager will oversee all aspects of day-to-day execution including project controls engineering coordination cost management risk mitigation and overall business operations while working closely with Project Executives Regional Leadership and cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Salary: $125k - $150k / year
Location: Outside of Atlanta GA

Responsibilities

• Management of all project team members (Project Engineers Senior Project Engineers Superintendents and Field Office Coordinators).
• Mentor develop and train team members for fast-paced growth.
• Demonstrate understanding and enthusiasm.
• 100% detailed/hands-on knowledge of project scope.
• Cost control billings and collections for assigned project.
• Act as the key point of contact with owner and architect.
• Challenge and support jobsite as well as self-perform work teams.
• Accountability for project completion and financials critical success factors and customer satisfaction results.

• Complete understanding of cost estimating budgeting and forecasting.
• Travel to and from the office as well as assigned job site(s).
• Experience with running multiple complex highly technical projects (preferred)
• Bachelors degree in construction management engineering or related field.
• 5 years of Project Management within Electrical Commercial Construction.
• Connectivity knowledge/experience required.
• Flexible detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Produce quality work and consistently meet deadlines. Excellent listening and
• Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to create and support team morale.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite project management software (Prolog or similar) accounting cost management software (CMIC or similar) and scheduling software (Primavera or similar).
