Baystate Health a nationally recognized leader in healthcare quality and patient safety is hiring Inpatient Registered Nurses (RN) to join the team at Baystate Noble Hospital an 85-bed acute care community hospital serving the Greater Westfield area.

This role supports medical-surgical telemetry and intermediate care (IMCU/step-down) patients in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Schedule and Location

24 Hours/Week 7P-7A night shifts
Schedule: Every other weekend and rotating holidays
Location: Baystate Noble Hospital Westfield MA

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Current American Heart Association BLS CPR certification
Nursing diploma ADN or BSN accepted

Compensation

Note: The compensation range(s) in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidates relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.

$40.38 - $50.15 - $62.92
