Senior Project Manager
Location: Mexico (Mexico City Guadalajara Monterrey) Hybrid as per Infosys Mexico policy
Time Zone: CST/EST


Role Overview
As a project manager you will work directly with clients to build and support Finacle solutions develop plans and strategies to achieve main goals. Your work will include creating and track project plans supporting projects building dashboards for reporting
This role requires strong knowledge on delivery and close interaction with Main Stakeholders. You will collaborate with multiple teams and help ensure project run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Plan execute and deliver IT projects ensuring compliance with scope schedule budget and quality.
Define project plans timelines resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies.
Lead crossfunctional IT teams including developers architects QA infrastructure and vendors.
Manage stakeholders (business technical and client-side) and ensure alignment on objectives and priorities.
Track project progress KPIs dependencies and risks; proactively manage issues and escalations.
Ensure adherence to IT delivery methodologies governance frameworks and security standards.
Manage change requests scope adjustments and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate project documentation reporting and status communication.


Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Statistics Computer Science.
At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology working with the role of a project manager.
Bilingual (Spanish & English) strong verbal and written communication.



Mandatory Skills
Minimum 7 years of hands on experience working with .
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Clear and effective communication with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Excellent planning prioritization and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
Resultsoriented mindset with strong customer focus.


Preferred Skills
IT project management methodologies: Agile Scrum Kanban Waterfall Hybrid.
Experience with SDLC and/or DevOps environments.
Project and collaboration tools: Jira Confluence MS Project Azure DevOps etc.
Basic understanding of software development cloud platforms and IT infrastructure.
Financial management basics: budgeting forecasting and cost control.


Other Requirements
Ability to work under tight timelines and manage complex requirements.
Flexible to work during CST/EST time zones and meet for hand-over activities to India team if needed.
Self-motivated proactive and a strong team player.
Proven experience delivering medium to high complexity technology initiatives.
Experience working with distributed or global delivery teams

Certifications (Preferred)
PMP or PRINCE2.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM).
