We are looking for a highly organized energetic and detail-oriented Wine Telesales Consultant to take ownership of our customer database and drive its growth. Key Responsibilities
Outbound Call Management: Proactively sell the Benguela Cove wine portfolio through cold calling and strategic outreach to existing databases.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records provide professional support across all communication channels and identify key upsell opportunities.
Marketing & Communications Support: Assist with the execution of email campaigns and newsletters. Support the rollout of seasonal offers new releases and digital growth initiatives.
Performance Tracking: Consistently monitor sales performance and maintain high standards across all KPIs to ensure estate growth.
What Were Looking For Non-Negotiables
Proven Sales Track Record: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Direct-to-Customer (DTC) sales call centers or the customer service industry.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience working with CRM systems (specifically VTiger) and managing complex customer databases.
Educational Foundation: Matric is required; a qualification in Marketing Sales Hospitality or a wine-related field will give you a significant advantage.
Reliability: You must have your own reliable transport.
Exceptional Attitude: A positive enthusiastic approach with the ability to work independently and bring energy and care to every task.

Proactivity: The drive to seek out new business without constant supervision.
