Job Description:
As the Founding Head of Growth you will own customer acquisition end-to-end for an AI-native fintech reimagining rental operations. Reporting to the CEO youll crack distribution to landlords currently using high-street agents. You will design rigorous experiments build geographic density across London and engineer compounding referral loops to scale a 108bn market opportunity.

What you will do:

• Develop and measure compounding growth loops by incentivizing referrals from accountants mortgage brokers and existing landlord customers.

The ideal candidate:

• 58 years of growth experience ideally scaling a high-caliber consumer marketplace or fintech like Revolut.

• Proven track record of running structured experiments with written hypotheses documented results and disciplined resource allocation.

• Versatile operator comfortable with hybrid acquisition willing to handle everything from data analysis to physical mailer coordination and partner meetings.
