Job Description

WAECO Germany WSE GmbH is a sub-segment of the Dometic Group AB from Sweden. WAECO is an established premium brand in the automotive segment with a strong brand DNA and is regarded as a technical and qualitative trendsetter and benchmark for the global A/C service and maintenance industry. WAECO has been a recognized market leader in this field for over 50 years and works closely with workshop customers and the automotive industry.

Your main responsibilities

• Serve as the technical contact for our OEM customers at development level
• Full product responsibility for our A/C service units throughout the entire product lifecycle (conceptdevelopment market launch lifecycle management).
• Creation and maintenance of product and requirement documents (e.g. specifications product data sheets).
• Close collaboration with an international team in Product Management Purchasing Sales Marketing and Service.
• Technical liaison for our foreign production site including support for series restarts.
• Management of TÜV-relevant approvals such as type examinations CE declarations and certification modules B and C2.
• Support during the market launch of new devices and product enhancements including sales training on technical and strategic topics.
• Management of the existing product portfolio continuous optimization of product quality and cost.
• Participation in trade fairs customer meetings and presentations both domestically and internationally.
