Identify the most valuable problems to solve enable the team to ideate and to ship and iterate high-quality solutions quickly and validate market impact. The key to wielding their power is to influence without authority.Responsibilities
- Manage and Prioritize the squad backlog.
- Drive agile way of working within the team and ensure collaboration between design development and QA
- Able to turn user needs and problems into features/stories .
- Define Sprint goal.
- Make sure the squad is delivering towards the product vision by overseeing all stages of product creation.
- Work closely with our BAs to identify the needed changes to achiever an end-to-end digital journey.
- Understand technology trends to apply to software design.
- Responsible for managing stakeholders and all relevant subject matter experts.
- Responsible for setting up detailed analytics and tracking of user behavior and KPIs
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process.
- Inspire the team innovate and deliver real customer value.
- Gain the needed banking business and regulations knowledge.
Requirements
2-4 years as a Product Owner or similar experience
In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principals
Ability to balance conflicting priorities and negotiate a backlog with different stakeholders and leadership
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience working with Jira/Trello
